The Cedar Rapids Community School District partners with Employee Resource Systems, Inc. (ERS) to administer our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We are pleased to offer this free and confidential benefit to you and your family and hope that you will take advantage of these services if the desire or need arises.

What is an EAP?
An EAP is a confidential resource that helps employees like you deal with stress management, depression, anxiety, legal and financial concerns, marital/family conflict, parenting challenges, substance abuse issues and more. The program includes up to 3 free in-person counseling sessions with a local provider for each unique issue or problem. It is available anytime, any day via phone, instant message or online at no cost to you or your family.
Who is eligible to utilize EAP?
It is available to all regular full time and part time employees of the District and their immediate family members. Children should be a dependent that lives in your home or is in college or in the military.
How do I get started?
Call 1-800-292-2780 to speak with an ERS EAP Counselor or setup a referral to a local provider.
