PL Focus Areas for Building Support
 

  • Assist the analysis of Building PL feedback data for the purpose of supporting the design and delivery new professional learning

  • Respond to building needs by supporting the design and delivery of PL in alignment with the building SIP and/or district initiatives, including technology integration.
  • Coach administrators and IDS in the quality and quantity of their observations and co-planning sessions
  • Further the implementation of building SIP by coaching BLT members during their meetings

  • Utilize the feedback loop with administrators and IDS to inform the next steps of the PL Team

 

Focus Areas for District PL
 

  • Analyze District PL feedback data for the purpose of supporting the design and delivery new professional learning

  • Collaborate with other teacher leaders to design and deliver District PL focused on the enhancement of quality instruction and/or behavioral supports

  • Collaborate with OLL teacher leaders to design, deliver, and offer staff development classes focused on the enhancement of quality instruction and/or behavioral supports
