    Thursday was Cougar Lunch at Coolidge Elementary School. Twice a month, students are selected to have lunch with Principal O'Connell in the I.M.C. It's an opportunity to celebrate their successes as well as one-on-one time with the principal. Class teachers determine which students get to participate, and by the end of the year, every student has the opportunity to participate.

    Wilson Middle School iJAG students just finished up a sweet service project. After Thanksgiving, Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG) students teamed up with Donutland to sell donuts in the school’s colors. A creative ad campaign along with videos helped sell the 100 + donuts out within 7 minutes. ​
