What are the responsibilities of your office or department?
The core responsibilities for Human Resources include recruitment and selection of talent, employee investigations and employee relations, compliance management, performance evaluations, policy and procedures, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence administration.
I have decades of experience in Human Resources, working primarily with large diverse corporations. I have lead teams in all aspects of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development.

The most rewarding part of my job is connecting our district's strategies to our employees. Through helping our employees and being creative, I learn something new every day and strive to make a positive impact for all employees.
I enjoy time with family and friend, a nice long bicycle ride during the summer, playing board games and cards, and journaling about our family experiences through scrapbooking.
