The Cedar Rapids Community Schools have many reasons to be proud, including district-wide, school, student, and staff accomplishments. Since 1987, we have received 24 Iowa F.I.N.E (First in the Nation in Education) awards and 10 U.S. Department of Education awards. Many of our innovative programs have been recognized accross the state and the country.

To view the most current school route maps for all the schools in the Cedar Rapids area click here. These routes have been examined by the Traffic Engineering Division and have been determined to be the best routes for children to take when walking or biking to school.
