Tour Highlights School History

MCK-tour-1

The building archives tour at McKinley Middle School is a much-anticipated rite of passage for students moving from sixth to seventh grades. The tour showcases such historic building features as a bomb shelter, the unfinished indoor swimming pool, back hallways, and the backstage area of the school’s auditorium.

Eighth grade students in PACT (Program and Academic and Creative Talent) train to serve as hosts for the tour.
