Our staffing levels are comparable with other school districts showing almost equal numbers of certified teachers and support staff. Support staff personnel include; food service, custodial, maintenance, IT, transportation and administrative services such as payroll, benefits and accounting. The District strives for an administrator staffing level that is lean and effective.

The District constantly strives to increase the diversity of our workforce.  Diversity brings different talent together working towards common goals using different sets of skills that ignite creativity and productivity.

Our district has the highest number of nationally board certified teachers in the state. National Board Certification is an advanced teaching credential.  It is achieved upon successful completion of a voluntary assessment program designed to recognize effective and accomplished teachers who meet high standards based on what teachers should know and be able to do.
