Subscribe To Calendars Using Outlook

These are the instructions to use to subscribe to one of the Cedar Rapids Community School District calendars in Outlook 2016. Other versions of Outlook will be similar.

Instructions:

On the "Subscribe to Calendars" webpage, copy the url of the calendar you want to subscribe to
Open up Outlook 
Click on the calendar icon calendar_image
Right click on "My Calendars"
Click on "Add Calendar"
Click on "From Internet"

Paste the link into the New Internet Calendar Subscription textbox

Click OK.
On the Advanced button enter the name of your calendar
add to internet calendar dialog box

Click Yes to the Add to Internet Calendar dialog box
